IMM 0008 and Imm1344 have barcodes but no barcode for 5669. Can you check if you really see barcode for 5669

Wait until you receive the letter, once they've started processing your application. Do not get biometrics done before you get the letter.

In form 1344, they are asking for last name as indicated in passport for principal applicant. My father does not have surname on passport but this is mandatory field. what should i do should i put given name in last name and leave given name empty or put NA in surname?

I think you can check that information from CRA online account.
It will tell you the date when your return will be assessed, you can check your NOA on that date

BTW for Indians National Identity document is Adhaar Card, it fulfills all defs, asked a Govt employee in India

Just make sure , you are not missing any information.
I tried mine yesterday. It was OK

IMM5669 does not generate barcodes. Please be sure before posting your comments as it may mislead others.
