1. YesHello All, can you guys please answer the following questions:
Q1) Statutory Declaration of common law union (IMM5409)
- This is to be completed only if you're in common law relationship, Not for Single, Correct?
Q2) Financial Evaluation for parents and grandparent’s sponsorship (IMM 5768)
-What is to be filled in gross salary for the period?
- If this is your 1st time sponsoring anyone then Q9-Q12 will be NA, correct?
Q3) Schedule A- background/ Declaration (IMM 5669)
-Do my mum and dad has to fill this form separately? (what about my sister and brother, they are in their early 30's and not included in the application)
- What should I fill in section 5, Education History if there is none, without which I can not validate the form?
Q4) Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
- Do my mum and dad has to fill this form separately? If yes,
- When I fill it for my mum, should I leave the principal applicant vacant as my dad would be the principal applicant?
- Do I have to include myself in section B, Children ?
Q5) Do any of you guys have the sample invitation letter for the parents?

3. Mom should fill out SchedA. Dad should fill out his own copy of SchedA too. So two copies, one for each one of them.
4. Yes mum and dad needs to fillout separately. Yes include yourself as child + your siblings if there's any.

Should Family size includes the sponsored persons too (My Dad and Mother)?? and Also my Father (Principal Applicant) was working in Punjab Government Food Civil Supplies department his whole life. Do I need to mention if My father held any government position in Question 8. Schedule A Backgroun Declaration form IMM 5669. Please help??

Yes you can sleep because my parents completed the application for PGP 2018. I placed the barcode page in the middle.
They never rejected our application because of that.
my mother was in the same department shes held a higher post pretty much covering all punjab under her jurisdiction so i have to specify it in the apllication as she was a civil servant

I have got the invitation to submit documents for my parents. My parents got their Visitor Visas in July last year when biometric was not applicable. I understand that they being from India will need to give biometric for PGP.
I will be sending completed application forms and supporting documents next week.
My parents are booked to arrive in Canada in August on Visitor Visa. If they get IRCC letter for biometric while they are in Canada, what will be the options?

Thanks Ayaan, My father started in Food , Civil & Supplies department back in 1972 and held several different positions starting from the bottom and went upto class 1 officer District Food & Supplies officer. Should I mention this? what's your suggestion
Dates can be Typed, this is not an issue.
The barcode page was numbered so I put it in the order of the numbering. That's really the only problem.
The Schedule A/Background form would not validate with the correct dates (my mother had multiple part-time jobs at the same time.) We had to put them all as ongoing for it to validate and included a letter of explanation with the right dates.

Hello, I think Biometrics are valid for 10 years for any kind of application. Your parents biometrics should still be valid. For Biometrics, you should include the letter , you must have received in email regarding biometrics which states it's validity along with applicant details. I think you should include that in your PGP application and don';t need to pay fees for biometrics again.
