Has anyone checked on the website and found that they are not invited?

Just wondering if they have rejected someone directly from the EOI form. Since a lot of people made mistakes during EOI.

Hi everyone.
I would appreciate the help on IMM5768. My sum of employment does not sum to line 150 in NOA because I and my co sponsor both have other incomes than being an employee like capital gains, UCCB (in 2016).
How should i show those?
Thanks in advance.

Hey Guys:

Looking at the Application to Sponsor Form. It is asking for the Signature of the sponsored person (Primary Applicant). How do you get this if they are in another country tho?

Thanks
send them email, have them print it and send it here in canada via courier.

Hello all,

I have a question about the similarities between the interest forms and the actual application sent in.

I did not include my sister in the initial interest form because I thought the dependent age was less than 18 and did not realize it was to changed to below 22 in 2017.

She is currently 21. Can I still include her in my application form as a dependent of my parents or do I have to leave her out since I did not put her information in the initial interest form. Please advice.
Yes you should include her. She'll thank you later. :)
Just make sure your Minimum Income requirements will suffice the total no. of your sponsored family.

If you are not married, do you need to write "N/A" at every single section which relates to spouse? At certain places you can't type it in so do I need to write "N/A" by hand? Or can I leave it blank?
Please advise.

oh no, im only sponsoring 1 with no other dependents, nowhere on the application packages asks me to send a copy to prove they are divorced, so i wonder if i should translate that and send a copy regardless, it's ok no big deal
Oh. In my case, my dad is dead. And they are not asking me to prove my mom is widowed. So, I am not sending his death certificate.
I think the same applies to your case. You don't need to send the divorce certificate/legal court document.
This is what I understand and interpret. I may be wrong. You shall call IRCC for confirmation.

I have query below:
My mother name in her passport: Kantaben Patel
In the Interest to sponsor form: Kantaben Patel
But in my birth certificate (sponsor birth certificate that has to attached), mother name is: Kanta Patel

I am wondering would CIC allow above discrepancy? If not, what other documents that I need to attached to prove that its same person (Kantaben Patel and Kanta Patel)

Yes I am from India, but my parents are here in Canada for a visit, they just came 2 weeks before. Not sure how to renew their passport here. But if they ask for 6 months validity then I will submit now and they will renew their passport when they return back to India.
If you want to renew their passport here, you need to visit BLS in Ottawa/Toronto/Vancouver. But it's not a good idea. As there's no TATKAL processing here and they might take 15 days to 60 days. So, it's better u submit the application with a copy of their old passport and renew them as soon as they go back to India.

How do you know for sure they will ask for biometrics?
