Why not just call CIC and confirm?

You don't try to appeal the PR decision? What NOC did you use and why is it not match?
i have consulted with some immigration consultants, it was determined that my job is between NOC B and C, if I appeal, i will only be buying a chance for CIC to review again and there is still a high chance to reject again.

Does it mean you can have the BOWP until the expiry date?

well... since it did not clearly state that, i would think so. But i think at the end of the day, CIC has the say and can make the call to cancel it if they wish however it should not be likely from what i have gathered so far.

Would you mind to post your NOC and Duties so we can also review it?

is it possible to ask your employer to write you a new employment letter which closer match to NOC B? Since you are 50/50 to B and C

By workaround, do you mean this? using the extended work permit to gain work experience?

Btw, you have 3 different job descriptions in you previous post. Which one did you used to submit at the end? I kinda don't feel like they are NOC C job, is it just use the wrong NOC?

sorry, haven't got a chance to post it. we used administrator 2 and 3 and used 1241.

for the workaround, in short the three jobs are actually my spouse's job and she was primiary applicant as she has master degree(higher points), i only have bachelor. however my job is clearly a NOC A job. what i am thinking is to get a closed work permit then i can claim the extra 50 points through EE. we did not used myself as primary applicant in the first place is beacuae we won't have enough point, bachelor degree.

It sounds a good plan and best luck to you~ If you worked NOC A and have a bachelor degree with good Ielts score, I guess you have 43x?
With 2 years work experience you should get about 44x-45x

Could you mind to scan my spouse's job letter as well? We have a very similar case like you as well, my spouse worked at Johnson & Johnson and her title on employment letter is Admin Assistance (1241) too. Thanks a lot.

Can't promise anything but more than half of these duties sound like 1241 to me

Hi,
My PGWP is also expiring in July and the same date with my visa. I wonder if I can apply both the same date or I have to wait to have a new BOWP then apply for visa?
I plan to travel out of Canada in the summer. Thank you
