Yes exactly, it is the one I claimed 50 points for. My crs is 447 and without this 50 I will never get an ITA again.

Well I had a friend of mine who made his company write in the contract that it's valid for one year after the visa is issued, so he saved himself the trouble and got the PR. But I mean technically you should be ok if u worked for this same company for at least a year ( lmia exempt)
Is it ur case ?

And I am still not sure yet if it will for sure work. I mean I believe it is tricky what's mentioned on the website. But I am like 70% sure you should be ok. But better check an advise from an immigration consultant better to be safe than sorry

My concern is not the work experience. It is the job offer, which CIC needs it to be valid for a year on the time of making the PR decision. The problem with my employer is that it is a University and they have a standard contract and can not add the phrase similar to your friend's case.
I am really worried about my PR. And yes my job is lmia exempt.

Just try to contact a lawyer or immigration consultant for a free consultation and be very specific about your question to make sure you are ok

CEC:- Cut the Experience Class...i think IRCC is trying to prove CEC candidates that Canadian residency is not easy to get(VISA which we earlier got easily with OWP,CWP or PGWP)

51 days for me.... I feel the pain of waiting too

I know right?! I can`t sleep properly, i am constantly checking my email and the CIC website, is "my favorite" topic in all conversations, i am driving my friend crazy......omg! I am obsessed! lolol
I want my PR like yesterday!
I think now that most of the December AOR applicants have less than 60 days to go, this group is becoming a support group for anxious people!

I ordered notes and they are 19 days overdue, so I decided to call to get an update, and all they told me was one of my background checks is started but not completed the other hasn't been started and once they are done then eligibility will be finalized, this confused me even more as to where my application is at, with 51 days left.
