Changing applicant

hello there,
Can someone please help me in belle case:
I submitted the application for my mom and dad for PGP 2018. Now my application is at medical stage.
My dad doesn’t want to go ahead with medical and doesn’t want to come to Canada. He is the principle applicant.

1. Can I change the principle applicant now and make my mom as the PA?
2. What are the other options I have as I don’t want to withdraw the application for my mom.

Please advice!

Your dad must complete the medical even if he decides not to come to Canada. Your mother will not be approve unless he takes and passes the medical. Have both of your parents complete the medical. Then contact ICRR to see if they will change the primary applicant to your mother.
