I just saw in Immitracker, someone with March 5 AOR got PPR . Irony is, that person is FSWO applicant from India. Just got PPR in 48 days. So lucky person!!!
True, I saw 2 people with unique NOC's who got PPR's One who got in 48 days is a College and vocational instructor and the other is a Dentist who got PPR in 102 days. Seems IRCC do check their internal needs for their citizens and prioritize!!!

Anecdote does no inference make. n=2 is too small a sample.

So tired of waiting for Golden Email. Like sooooo tttiiirrreeedddd.....

I don't think so.

Theory about applicants with country of residence as USA getting PPRs quicker may not be true either. Unless we have a large enough sample size, it is not possible to draw any conclusions.
I received AOR on Jan 20th, Medicals passed on Feb 28th, Biometrics completed by March 27th. No updates after that. My country of residence is USA and my spouse is in Canada!

Hello
I just got off from phone talking to a CIC agent. He said my file is in Nova Scotia, eligibility and criminality in review, security not started.
Hows the processing speed for Nova scotia office ?

Honestly don't know, but I've read from others on these forums that the worrying center is Montreal, and that recently Ottawa seems slow. London is also slow. Others apparently are fast. Been trying to think of where I read this so that I can send you the link. If I remember I'll post an edit.

But I wonder, unless one has data like from myimmitracker, how one can know which VO is faster than the rest. There are a few VO specific threads on Canadavisa that are collecting internal data from what people post, but I would'nt call it quantitative by any means.

In short: If the VO matters, I've not seen any thread yet showing proper data why one is considered faster than the other. Just anecdotes.

Did any of you apply for a Bridging Open Work Permit in January? If so, any updates on your application?

Completely agree with you...!!!

Same here US residence with AOR date of Jan 30th (PNP)... No update post biometrics...

Just out of curiosity called cic agent and got to know that eligibility is still in process not completed. The file is in Sydney, Nova Scotia. But agent told one thing that gave a little ease to mind, is that 80% application gets completed within 6 months.

Wish everyone should get the most awaited email within stated time frame of 6 months and sooner for the ones who are waiting even beyond that time frame.

CHEERS!
