Hello I am new here but I will like to ask about my application before sending...i am a Nigerian and my husband is a Ghanaian but resides in Canada...i have applied 3times for study permit and it got rejected before we got married..i want to know will it affect my application for spouse ?or Nothing to worry about..i really need answers Thanks

It shouldn't affect your sponsorship. However, IRCC may want to know whether your marriage is genuine, and not one done just for immigration reasons. As long as you can prove that (and your husband meets all the other requirements), you should be good.

Thanks for the reply....his lawyer said he meets all the requirements... I guess we good to go...thanks alot
