Once your application process is underway they cannot 'cancel' your application with little or no warning. According to an agent themselves, IRCC will generally give 2 or 3 attempts / time frames for submission. If you miss the first deadline, generally they'll re-issue a second one with a BFD. They contact you via email and update the online portals as you know. If you miss a deadline, it is up to you to make it known why there has been a delay to avoid any further repercussion. They won't cancel anything without making at least a second attempt with you and IRCC is obligated to hear and consider your reasoning as to why the requirements/deadlines couldn't initially be met by you; try not to worry too much. You're good!

Thank you, that is a great response. It’s just so frustrating when we have submitted several webforms with documents showing that we have tried to submit the requested documents… And we only get a one sentence reply telling us that they have not received anything, but with no additional information on what to do or what the next step should be to make sure that they receive it so we can move on with the process.

Congratulations That's good news. I am just one day behind you in timeline. I am hoping for same for me as well.
did you get any update on your application?
I have not received our PPR yet and totally confused about ECA's as in whether it is a technical glitch or Normal.

Update - Spoke to a really nice agent today from IRCC. I asked about the status of my application and he mentioned that it is still in Sydney. When i asked if it is being transferred to NDVO he mentioned that he is not sure but we will transfer to NDVO if a transfer & further processing is required (reading between the lines i think his tone conveyed that we will be transferred to NDVO even though there is a possibility of transfer to other CPCs.). He mentioned that not hearing from IRCC is a good thing (i doubt that this is the case as i think not hearing from them is because they have not processed my application further). Nevertheless the call did reduce my anxiety a bit and made me realize that we are going to have to go through at least 8 more months of processing (at a minimum).

I guess that is the reality for many of the folks waiting for transfer.

I see that you have been asking this on every single forum and nobody has been able to reply to this because nobody is in such a “great” place.
People here are asking for chances that if their file has potential chances to transfer to NDVO which we all know, not going to be a quick of a process.
So sit back, relax, enjoy a drink. Why? Because you at least have DM, which a lot of people are so much willing/dying to see.

Or call them.

No, no updates after submitting additional documents on 31st march. You are lucky that your file is processed fast. May be they will send PPR in batch.

Nope you will not get any acknowledgment, just keep an eye on GC key status. It will first change to recvd/uploaded and later under review.

Well, we actually got a ghost update today in our GCKey, to my surprise. Seems too early for it to be really meaningful, even by Vienna's improved timelines. I guess we'll see! :)
