My ECAs is showing Decision Made. However, my GCkey is not showing any updates. I think the file is not going to NDVO
is that normal? How long does it take to get PPR?

That is not true. I will got AOR2 from HKVO (Hong Kong)

That's what I hear. So I don't know why the agent would say no AOR2s...

Yeah, and @svilli definitely got one from Warsaw as well (whereas my VO, Vienna, definitely does not send them). If this is a change in procedure, the VOs are clearly not following it consistently yet. For now it seems to be a matter of simply familiarizing yourself with whether your particular VO sends it or not and going from there...

Congratulations!

You are asking questions to a group which most people are not hearing from IRCC very often. So let me try to answer your question in the way that I understand
1. Nothing is not normal in IRCC, every abnormal thing happened before made it a normal thing thereafter
2. time to get PPR? approximately 12 months - duration your application is processed so far, so for you it will take about another 8-9 months

It varies , I got the request to pay fees on March 4 or 5 ,paid it the same day.Followed by confirmation that Receipt is received within few days. Got the actual Biometric instruction and letter on how to complete it on March 30.But, I have seen some cases in which it's within a week or 2, I guess it depends on visa office. Plus my PA is in India, and they started Biometric for subcontinent effective Dec 31 and our application was received on Dec 31. So maybe the reason for delay
