Thank you guys all all your help and support thus far. Special mentions to @tobs and @Asiv adanac for their responses.

Aug 3 AOR CEC- inland. I found out through GCMS that I am in RR as the case analyst believed I was trying to claim points for all my work experience that i did not provide letters for/did not fall under NOC O,A,B. My primary NOC job seems to be correct and they have awarded me points for this. I saw through GCMS (printed end feb) that my file is in Edmonton and was last touched in Sep 2018. I understand that I can just wait for RR to clear up on its own, or raise CSE and provide explanation that I am not attempting to get points for my other jobs. I am wondering if I do proactively upload this letter, would my application be delayed further as they need to process and review this new document? As opposed to just waiting for them to review my file and clear the RR up without additional documentation?

Do let me know what you guys think.

Thank you!
in my opinion it's always best to act proactively

Hi, I forgot to add that the CIC agent on call told me that the officers are waiting for replies from external agencies.
Just had a chat with an agent and he said that there are no due date mentioned against my file, which is contradicting the earlier agent's reply that the case officer has given a time frame till 19th May 2019, within which the file will get approved. If not approved then to call after 19th May.

Today's agent clearly said that such type of remark is non-existent and if our colleague has mentioned so then we apologize but that is not available.

Can it happen that earlier date was mentioned and now it has been removed? OR the agents are simply saying those dates in order to buy some time.

@TO be thanks

I think I need to share more of my experience. I owe it to the house

My application was with many issues

1. There was discrepancies between my work history on profile and my submitted documents. I made an error while filling the profile. I had 7 years experience but 4 on profile. That was flagged by analyst as seen on gcms.

2. I do not submit any reference letter on my application, hence my FSW score was reduced to 0 automatically as seen on GCMS. This made me drop below my ITA score.

3. My NOC was also an issue, my document shows I was a business manager, but I apply for Financial Analyst NOC.

So FSW was in total mess!

To address the issue I raised a cse and write a comprehensive LOE backing my claims with all documents I can lay my hands on.

My most challenging issues was reference letter, my former employer was not ready to give me one, I had left the job for 4 years to pursue academics, and it was a big organizations, this really make things difficult.

I contacted an ex colleague, who helped out by giving me an attestation, with a requirement on the company's letter head and state is contact for further enquiry ( this is better than affidavit, in fact don't use affidavit or notary public, I saw in my adr that it is not accepted. Anyone with adr can testify)

All this was done in last week of January.

March 29 I had adr for parent biodata, and ppt on April 8th, 2019

Pls act proactively, don't wait! And no matter how bad your case look, find time to address the issue with documents. Cic seems considerate! Thank you all

Could you please share more details on this? Just strike the sensitive info and provide the exact letter used? It probably help others who are in this situation.
