It is so normal to stay in Process more than 3 months and nothing to worry about ,so don't worry at all,it is just depends on activity of each office ,if you live so far from Montreal and no office close to you ,you can contact them asking if they provide itinerary service for your area or not,if they do then they can schedule for you Test and Ceremony together ,if not then most likely they will invite you to come to Montreal ,again it depends on where you live ,for example : i live in very rural small town which is located in Northwest Ontario, there is no local CIC office in whole Northwest Ontario at all ,Mississauga is about 21 hours driving from me ,the closet city to me is Thunder bay ~ 6 hours driving but no office there also ,another city is close to me which is Winnipeg ~ 6 hours driving ,so here they have this itinerary service and they usually schedule Test and Ceremony to be done within one day,so you can ask previous applicants who applied from your city or cal CIC asking if they provide this service ,hopefully you get it soon .

Hello November applicants!! I attended a citizenship cerenomy today here in Calgary as a guest and it was interesting. Not sure if I heard it correctly but they said there are only 24 officers in Calgary who process applications and 10 judges in Canada who does citizenship ceremonies.. no wonder this whole thing takes months and for some, years to finish. Anyway, it was a great experience and I can't wait for my turn. Good night everyone!

If her transcript is from canada that would suffice but if its from somewhere else u need something to confirm that medium of instrucfion was english.

Also name doesnt matter as u will have to declare any names she used in past on application form so her maiden name will also be there
