Advice needed: I sent my application in May 2018, got QA request in July. I submitted QA files in September. So far it still says " In process" in ECAS, and the last item I can see is still "We started processing your application on July 24, 2018.". It does not mention anything related to the QA files receiving/processing. - So my confusion is, I dont even know whether they have received my QA files based on what shown in the system.
Q:
Is it normal to take this long for QA process? And should there be any "cue" on the ECAS for this kind of progress? Or is there an email I can send to to ask for progress? Thanks!

No, the only way to find out is contacting IRCC. They don't put any additional updates on ECAS since it would SO MUCH MORE work for them and they can't handle it.

we got our oath letter today ceremony after2 months how fast we can apply for passprt after ceremony

2 business days later. i.e.: ceremony on Monday - apply on Wed/Thu

i call today, agent told me who ever did the test before May applicant (Feb/Mar/Apr, applicants) oath mostly has been schuduled.

you have to wait until June.
or
we are still scheduling applicants applied in xxxx
