Update: No email received but Online tool says - Application received Feb.25th, started processing March 29th:rolleyes:;)
Cannot link to CIC account yet but will keep on trying and patiently wait.

Hi there I also got UCI and file number saying we have received your application on 25th Feb.
Is this is AOR of application?
 
Hello folks i got AOR on Friday 29th mar and already booked an appointment for biometrics for tuesday 2nd april. I am wondering how soon will i get medical request and do i need to book an appointment for medical again or i can just walk in to doctor clinic right away once i have medical request in hand?

I'm not really sure. To create the account we do have I used the UCI from the AOR which is different from the UCI my husband (the PA) has on his biometrics letter. We're now trying to create an account with his UCI but can't get it to work.

I'm not really even sure if two accounts are needed. So far we "seem" to have gotten everything ok, but then maybe we haven't? I assume if he doesn't have an account they'd then email him documents that go to him but so far he hasn't received an email for anything. I received emails with AOR and SA then the biometrics and medical request were in the CIC account (and I received an email simply saying there was an update to the account so I checked it and saw those letters).

EDIT: My husband finally was able to link the application to his CIC account and it removed his application from my account so looks like the application can only be linked to one account at a time.

We received medical request about two days after the biometrics request.

Regarding whether you need to make an appointment for your medical or can walk in - that will depend on where you are getting the medical done. In the letter it provides a link to find doctors that do that. When you go to that link you select the country and city which is best for you and then there are instructions for each clinic about making appointments etc. My husband did his in London and there were a few doctors but all required an appointment. He called and provided information on the medical request and was booked for an appointment the next day but each doctor will have different waiting times and process. Just need to follow the instructions in your letter and on the website.

It said this in the email they received for Sponsor Approval or did the sponsor receive two separate emails?

We received SA on March 19th and biometrics and medical complete but no mention yet of it being moved to VO.
 
well i originally thought i was a march applicant but it appears the tracking on our mail was in error, so hi! just got AOR today!

sent feb 25
received feb 27
AOR mar 30

(so sorry that switching spreadsheet pages left a bit of a mess behind)
