Thanks. They asked for :
1. Original birth certificate and voter card .(D.O.B verificarion)
2. Proof of marriage :
-asked for the marriage photographs.
-printed text messages and call records for the period of six months( the immidiate period after I left my wife in India after staying for 2 months post marriage)
-bank accounts and proof of financial support.
-stamped pages of passport showing visits.

I noticed that most of the principal applicants whose application (outland) goes to Mississauga are from India, Pakistan of Philippines. Besides, the only people who received DM are those whose application has been processed in Mississauga or Sydney. All others VO are still on AOR2 stage at most. I am interested why applications from those counties mainly go to Mississauga. Is it due to high volume of application in New Delhi/Manila or there are some kind of treaties?

Interesting comment....so you think there is a possibility that an outland applicantion can be completely processed in Sydney without being transferred to Mississauga or any other location?

In response to the above here is my findings reading this forums and speaking to IRCC agent weekly

1) Initial Docs for all submission is reviewed by Sydney
2) Based on work load at local VO ,some files ( mostly) straight forward is transfered and processed in Mississauga
3) No General rule around this but some file from Europe, America, Africa have stayed in Mississauga but most have been directed to local VO
4) During month of Nov the some of VO were running to capacity till Feb AFTER which the files will go back to local VO again

My reading is most of us in this forum have already crossed 50% of process and have to patiently wait it out( not easy) . I live in Mississauga so have often thought of driving to IRCC office for a direct update
The standard answer when we call IRCC is 12 month time line( which we dont want to hear)

Having said that we are much closer to being united with our spouses . Good Luck Friends!!

Did u send ur application to Sydney or Mississauga? Mine was sent to Sydney and then transferred to Mississauga. Wondering if it is same for u? Sydney>Mississauga>NDVO?

I sent it to Sydney only. It was later sent to Mississauga for further procession. My guess is that Mississauga was busy so they did not process it and put it aside to be sent to India which took a month.

Ohk... then my application might go to NDVO too... that sucks...
