I do appreciate the effort, however, you have listed you are a citizen of Canada, which you aren't. Cit/Res means citizen/resident. Mine is US, since I'm a citizen and resident of the US. You might want to put Cit: Your_Birth_Country | Res: Canada

Also, the stream is listed twice. Once with the more specific CEC-Inland, which is good, and then again at the end with Stream. Also are you NOC 2174 as well? If so, cool, fellow dev!
thank you for suggestion, i have updated now.

Would you like a standard tea leaf reading or a crystal ball gazing? A crystal ball reading is usually more expensive, whereas with a tea leaf reading you get to drink the tea first. However, crystal ball predictions tend to be more accurate, so the choice is not simple. ;)

I mean: Come on, dude, nobody has answers to questions like that. Like @USProgrammer pointed out, you're already in Canada; it's just a matter of time before you are called to a landing interview. Keep reading the forum, and enjoy the wait! Also, try not to ask the same question over and over - it's spammy. The more specific and realistic your question, the more likely you are to get a reply.

Have a question, if progress in IP2 then what will be the timeframe to get PPR, COPR?

Hey buddy!!!!

What is your timeline like now on the portal?
Unchanged. Still counts down to 6 months. That progress bar is just there to try to stop people from calling IRCC or sending CSEs to ask about status. It means nothing.

If you don't mind, was that a Selenium webdriver ?
No Selenium. I didn't use any helpers, although in retrospect maybe that would have taken less time. Maybe not though.

It's .Net Core C# running on my Linux VPS in cron hourly. It just does HTTP GETs and POSTs using HttpClient and a persistent cookie jar. Most of it is just looking for stuff on the page with regex and then posting the fields required. For secret question/answer for GCkey I have those in the config so when it gets asked the question it can reply with the right answer.

The only tricky bit was one page that a POST returns has a big SAML blob on the page that is posted back normally using JS. That's why you see a white screen for a second when logging in with one of the later GCKey stages. It took me a while watching the traffic with web inspector and then basically just copying that logic to my code for each page.

I think it's something like 7 requests to get logged in and get to the point of looking at the application status. It takes about 9-13 seconds for my app each time.

Then, it logs the status/time in a SQLite DB and dumps that DB to a text file that I can view with a bookmarked file on my server just to make sure it's still fetching. When it runs, it looks to see if the last status was Submitted and the current status is not Submitted and if that's the case, it sends a POST to my IFTTT webhook that's set up to email me and send a push to the IFTTT mobile app containing the date/time of the change, the new status, and the previous status.

It's all pretty easy. It didn't take more than a few hours. I would share the source code, but I don't want stuff tracked back to me and then have IRCC mad at me. If they had a captcha or any protection at all, I couldn't have done it.

The output file I use to monitor it looks like this:

1483|Submitted|2019-03-21 15:00:09.1818565

I have a feeling that 'newbie' members can't add hyperlinks or URLs to their signatures. After a 'newbie' has posted a certain number of posts, they will be upgraded to a 'member' or 'full member' and that apparently unlocks the ability to add hyperlinks. @USProgrammer

I suggest 'newbie' folks simply copy and paste the URL of their MyImmiTracker profile until they're able to add a hyperlink.
I think @derkdsou is right, @Danielespeter.

Oh man, do you even have any walls left?! Super excited for you, @USProgrammer! If this doesn't call for a celebratory haiku, I don't know what does!

That's spooky good news!
What's the shape of ghost updates?
Hope we all find out!
I was hoping to wake up this morning with PPR. Maybe mine will be delayed like @TheNorms. I thought they normally did it in the early AM.

I'm not sure for CEC-Inland, but we've seen a lot of really quick PPRs for CEC-Inland. In fact, it's not even a PPR. It seems like it's been an interview scheduled where they make you a PR at the interview.

my brother has AOR dec 30th. FSW-O from India.
1. Will he need to give biometrics as many say India was added to biometric list on Dec 31. but some say biometrics will need to be given. His MEP was Feb 12 and no update since then.
2. Also he has claimed work exp as a sub broker / franchisee owner of stock broking company. showed payments in bank account and Income tax returns. Will this commision based workex be counted? For work ref he gave letters from clients.

Can anyone pls clarify on these matters.

1. No. Biometrics are only required for Indian citizens with an AOR of 31st December 2018 or later.
2. These are the rules that apply for any self-employment that one wishes to claim points for:
"If the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience)."

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Its not self employed. As he is a Authorised person of company. Company had issued him business card. Also have submitted registration certificate from stock exchange. As its not that he is a broker him self, but associated with a company, the company pays him commission. its like working for a big realtor but payments are commission based on how many property rented or sold, but payments come from company and not directly from stock exchange.
