We have no clue about your experience, history, NOC...
You'll have to check each province's website yourself to see what are the criteria for each of their respective streams, and which ones are open for you. I don't think anyone can do that for you.

I have been reading your posts and the way you talk, you definitely need to understand that everyone here in this forum are well educated and behaved. You’re immigration lawyer or not, in Canada or not, have PR or not, nobody cares. We all are here for helping each other not abusing each other.

Your past posts had same issues (abusive language, personal comments, mindset that you’re Canadian rest are fool) and people dont want to talk to you or even comment. So, you’re requested not to share your views and trust us, nobody is interested for your even single comment.

My friends with be it 445, 440 or even below scores have done their best and definitely deserve to live their life with a RAY OF HOPE. We all are here to help each other and request you to please dont post anything because we dont care and dont need your help. THANK YOU!
100% agreed. If he/she doesn't believe in hope, what is the point for him/her to be in the ray of hope. Trust me, Canadians are very good, they help to a next level and don't give unnecessary advice and never impose their own views to others.

That's not a polite way at all in such forums..
Agreed. This guy has been literally thrown out from previous forum threads since he insulted everyone.

Please check his previous posts and he has never got appreciated for his vague posts and everyone has tried to stop him to share any negative comments. But he thinks, he is the best predictor, genius and only immigration lawyer in the Canada. Not sure, why can't he focus on his work rather than demotivating others.

Thanks for you reply. I will check in all stream

Please clarify me on below points:-

1. Can I apply more than one stream like Express entry as well as ONIP & BCNP etc?.

2. I remember that if we have 400 points, then we can go and apply for any streams. Is it still applicable ?

Please let me know.

Many Thanks,

1.For Express Entry, you can only apply if you receive an invitation. WIth your score 391, chances look pretty grim. Best route is indeed Provincial Nomination. Some provinces/streams will only allow you to apply after you receive a Notifcation of Interest, and some you can apply directly. You can apply to as many as you want if you're lucky to be notified by more than one, but you can only accept one Provincial Nomination at the end.
----------------------------
Remember though, to apply as for PR as PNP nominee through Express Entry later, you are still required to be eligible for AT LEAST one Express Entry program, FSW, CEC, or FST.
----------------------------
2.No. CRS score is not the only determining factor here. Some programs will require a minimum CRS score, and others not. To apply for a stream, you mostly have to be eligible for one Express Entry program, eligible for the PNP stream you're interested in, and in some streams have a minimum CRS as well as having an eligible EE profile and received a NOI. You'll have to look at the requirements of each one of them.

OINP for example requires a score of at least 400, but that doesn't mean you're eligible for OINP. You need to meet all stream-specific criteria.

Guys need some guidance ,

· I will have two years’ experience starting April 1st and my will score be 450. My birthday is in august.

· I’m on ICT(LIMA exempt) and have WP till Nov 2020.My Assignment/Deputation valid till Nov 2020. Some of my friends have claimed job offer 50 points using Assignment letter issued, which shows my Salary and Assignment end date. I’m still not convinced that this is right way to do, as requirement clear says valid job offer must be valid for One year after we get PR. Our Assignment letters don’t have this statement and my company are not willing to provide such letter also

· I’m confused between if I should modify my profile and claim Job offer 50 points now Or just wait it out for the scores to fall to 449/450

Exactly !!!
This is not the place to show facts in a harsh way. There are other ways as well which will give the facts as well as motivate the person. Its like i said to a lady in ROH#113 - "This is ray of hope forum; NOT show the mirror forum". It doesn't mean that if one has faced difficulties, then he/she should give a hard time to others as well. This was the case with the lady i mentioned.
Trash talking is not giving motivation.

Your initial assumption was right.
If you don't have a valid job offer, cannot claim the 50 points.
Have you exhausted all your options in improving your score? Can you try to explain your plans with your employer and negotiate an offer? Because you have the immense chance of being in a LMIA exempt position as an intra-company transferee. Your employer won't have to go through that...
