Hi...

I am reading lot of forums. Some peoples application first gets transferred to Mississauga and then to NDVO (New Delhi). Some people directly get PPR from Mississauga. I read few people whose file was directly transferred to NDVO.

Why is that.

You can go to SHO Office and get the PCC

Marriage Certificate + Any Documents - Joint Bank Statement or Any Insurance together

We have received our PPR Letter today.

Expiry date will be the one of the medical check .... May 9th 2019 .... This is awfully close ...

Is the applicant can enter canada before the expiry date, stay a week or so and then go back to his homeland in order to complet his business ?

Yes, that's called a soft landing. As long as you go to Canada and land before that date, you'll be fine. You can go back to your home country literally the same day.

If we have representative, is it ok to order GCSM notes on our own , without getting representative involved?

Please help me friends, we just found out that my wife is pregnant. She's on visitor Visa (French citizen) in Canada. We recently got married. We have not applied yet for spouse sponsorship. I'm waiting for marriage certificate. from service Ontario. I am a permanent resident and my citizenship application is under process.
We have also applied for the extension of my wife's visitor Visa just to be on the safe side. Does being pregnant affect the application for spouse sponsorship by any means?

We are also going to apply for OWP with permanent resident application for my wife. Can I extend the visitor Visa while waiting for PR to process by having pregnant e as a reason for visitor extension of we need to?

Any suggestions would be internali helpful. Thanks in advance.

Congrats, but she needs to go for medical exam for pr and work permit as well. As you explained, she is pregnant. She will not be able to go for medicals to complete the requirement. You have to wait for baby's birth

Hi everyone, just a quick question for those that have sent applications for outland. I am sponsoring my husband from DR, and we have been together on and off for more than 10 years and finally got married last month. Anyways, I'm almost ready to send my application but waiting the translations of proof of contact to be done (this has delayed everything) so now I'm waiting around with a 95% completed application but the more I read at forums and other people's questions, I get paranoid that I might be missing something. So I included 1 support letter from a long time friend who has been in my life from the beginning of my husband and I's relationship. Do I need to get other people to write support letters or is one sufficient?

Hello, thanks for replying. Just a quick follow-up up.

Do we need to do medical upfront or after the application? Do we need to wait until the baby is born or we can apply for the PR?
