Very good news. Congratulations and all the best.
Though I’m stuck in a red tape system where no body cares. I was asked to give two x rays PA and Lordotic view. I was told that all my reports were sent to the TB specialist and now he’ll prepare a final report to be sent to IRCC. And I don’t know when he’s going to send it. Everytime I call, I get to hear the same reply - “We’ll send tomorrow.”
dont you have chance to go and see him face to face. maybe you should tell him how important it is.

I received an e-mail and I think 'Review of additional documents Not applicable'.this changed recently but I am not certain.
I have excatly the same status in my account as well . Are you FSW- Inland or Outland?
We received our PPR this morning, with a invitation to attend either Halifax or Fredericton visa office to complete our landing. We are going Friday as I’m currently away working. I wish you all the best of luck in this journey.

I called CIC today and reached a very nice agent who told that my application is being processed in OTTAWAs office and half of my background check has been passed for the moment. What does it mean ?

Medass/biometrics ail 5th of February
Current backgound check changed to IP2 since feb 11 after i submitted biometrics
I called CIC and here are the details from the agent below:
Eligiblility DONE
CRIMINALITY DONE
SECURITY: NOT YET STARTED
This update was about 2 weeks ago

I am also a Nigerian.
I do not know much, but i have a feeling background check involves both criminality and security check. Criminality involves checking your police reports while security, according to the agent i spoke to when i alled cic, involves checking the 10 years record that you provided.

The reason I am this is because from the time my medicals(Jan 21st) are passed I am in same status for eligibility and background. So I am not sure if IP1 was skipped
