Do the agents have any view of the application status details/ notes added by the officer ? I always get agents that can't tell what's happening with the application.

You can probably call 'em and find out. If Eligibility is met, then it shouldn't take too long, I'd think. You can get an ADR at any time but if your Documents are in order, even that wouldn't be an issue. Nothing to worry really.
Yes the call agents can view our applications. You have to be specific about what you want to know. Next time ask them about your Eligibility, criminality and security status. Or if there are any flags/notes on the application. Something like that.

Normally the PPR are sent for the Maghreb Area on Thursdays / Fridays, at least it is the case for Morocco ! So fingers crossed for tomorrow
