Long wait indeed for remaining PPRs.
I am doing better since the PPR. The feeling was intoxicating (both literally and symbolically) but soon it turns into a different ballgame altogether where you have limited number of days to pack up and move !! So, its exciting in many ways !!
Hope you guys get that feeling soon !! otherwise who will prep for the event then :)

I am curious about one thing..
Most of the time agent Mathew and Kyle replies to Cse raised through webforms..
But i had emailed Ottawa office to avoid getting generic responses..how come Kyle reached there too..
Are Kyle and Matthew transferred to Ottawa office and that's why ottawa has become slow in processing applications..

Purely by the virtue of being an IT Professional I can imply this:-
For e application and managing the workflow, CIC must be using a CRM which is also linked to a ticketing tool.
Any time you call, email, CSE, it gets logged in the CRM (with different input methods) - The agents who worked on thses remain same
When you send an email, it goes to a mailbox, and an agent logs it on the same CRM and responsds to you.. So if you notice, these all are different communication channels in the front but processing is done by the same team.

Did you order gcms notes? It helps a lot. There might be review required on any document because of which it hasn’t been worked on.
Ordered GCMS on Feb 5. Received on March 8th. The eligibility on Application: 7 was marked 'review required' which was changed to 'Met' in Application: 6. 4 Application steps include exchange of CPC Ottawa as primary office and CIC as secondary and the last activity is passing of Criminality.

Also, there is S. 19(1) on the second last page but nothing is redacted.

Nothing seems unusual... If the eligibility was met, they should have issued the PPR in the second week of December...latest!! Its just that they have been terribly slow and forgot to work on many files

It proves that it’s pure laziness from their end. You can’t do anything in such situation apart from waiting.

I wish you get your ppr real quick.

Can anyone help me decipher "INTEGRATED SEARCH (FOSS/GCMS): No trace for all other than present application)"

Is this in context of the Work Experience?

What is it exactly?

S.19 refers to the section about releasing dependents info. It seems to me you included your dependents approval alongside your ATI request, that is why they checked it against that section but didn't redact! How about your info sharing?
