Offer Letter not received

Hello,
I applied in seneca and sheridan both college since 9th January 2019. Since i am waiting for offer letter in mid march. I checked my status from seneca shows 'Application has been received' and sherian shows 'under consideration'.

How much time they will take?

I have been waiting for George Brown College since 29th November, but no response yet.
Also, other colleges I have applied since January .
