Just login to you CIC account and in the middle there is a link of 'link of application' once you click on it, it will ask for information. Just put PA's info. there and you'll be able to link.

When you linked to your account, which sub category did you pick to put in your informstion? There’s 4 that come up; application number and family name, family name/date of birth, UCI and client number, and UCI? No option for receipt number?

Where did you enter the receipt # ?

Receipt # was on for ECAs but to link application, I used PA information (name, DoB)
