You've had a ghost update on GCKEY too? Has your PA checked their emails for pre-arrival?

I had a ghost update 3 times last Friday morning. I check my emails all day long trust me. I think I become addicted lol
No pre arrival nothing for me

Most say ECAS is faster. However, for me, my medicals passed on GCKEY before ECAS updated to say Medicals received.

If you’ve got 4 lines and the last is medical received, then you’re now waiting for the local VO transfer and AOR2 - once they’ve began to process you’ll see an update on the PA’s side saying the date they processed and if they send AOR2, it’ll say correspondence was sent on “xx date”.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately I do not have access to GCKey and have to rely on my ECAS updates, the last one is " 3.Medical results have been received ". Hoping to receive some updates soon.

I'm assuming you're using a representative if you can't access GCKEY? Or is it a linking issue?

@Mmarev, I see you've had DM, when did ECAS update with the processing? And where did your app get transferred to?

When you enter sponsor, you should use sponsor's UCI, DOB and country. UCI is different for sponsor and PA

Thanks for the response, since I wasn't sure about my(sponsor) UCI. I tried the application number (PA) but used my(sponsor) DOB was able to get into ECAS to see updates (from sponsor side).

Exactly, I am using a representative and he mentioned that he has issues linking the application. Hence, I have to rely only on ECAS updates.

They all say the same thing. My representative said the same, then she was like I cannot access my account and later she changed her statement to you application is locked. She never checked for any update, she said she never received any email including the medical one and I wasted one week to get the medical letter. I finally removed my representative two weeks back. I feel so relaxed now that all the updates will come to me and not to these stupid representatives.

It's not been passed yet, I called them last week and they said it can take up to 10 business days to be completed and sent to IRCC which really sucks because my hubby is leaving next Monday. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow, I will call to ask about it for sure. But based on the reviews I've seen about this medical office, normally it does take about 7 business days for the GCKEY to be updated so I'm hoping it'll be done today or tomorrow without me having to raise heck about it.

Eligibility still says: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

I have a feeling it has to do with the medical still not being submitted to CIC.

You know how much longer I should wait.

Every situation is different but it can take 3-4 weeks to get a medical request. Definitely keep on eye on GCKEY or ECAS as it can change suddenly and you only have 30 days to complete the medical.

I did mine on March 1st and still nothing. I finally got to talk with the doctor he will let me know today. I saw too it was around a week, but my file got transferred during this time so maybe it s just that. No idea.

@chikki282 @DouglasDylane Did you both complete eMedicals? The system's really quick once they upload via eMedical, so I'd assume the physician hasn't uploaded or has weird processes. I completed an eMedical and it was only uploaded on a Saturday (23rd) but was updated on Monday (25th) so in reality that's CIC checking the results when they were back in on Monday and updating it.

I know that s why I am worried. I am waiting news from the doctor today, will see, i have until the 19th to get it done.

Worrying for nothing - sucks that it's slow but you can't fail the medical anyway so I wouldn't stress about results
