Hi,

I am currently doing paid full time internship (6 month duration) in an IT MNC in India. This internship is my last semester university internship. After the internship I will graduate with a 4 year Bachelor's degree and I will have two options:
1) continue working in the same firm after a break of 30 days (for employment formalities) as a permanent employee with a higher salary
2) move to other firm as a permanent paid employ after a break of few days.

In 1) after the internship, if I work for another 6 months as a permanent employee, will I be eligible (on the work experience part) under FSW as I will have a total of one year work experience but with a break of 30 days in between (total work experience will be 12 months but it won't be continuous because of 30 day gap for employment formalities)?

In 2), I will change the employer but my NOC will be same (NOC A) and also I will have a break of some days for the employment formalities. So am I eligible in this case as well?

Also the internship which I am doing in India right now forms a part of my education but it's full time, so will it be counted ?

Lastly, I am planning to go to Canada for education however my field of education will be very different from my Bachelor's degree as I have plans to switch my career. After studying in Canada I will be eligible for an NOC B occupation. So if I get a valid job offer in NOC B occupation in Canada but my initial one year work experience in India is in NOC A, will be eligible for FSW (I will have more than 74 points after valid job offer)?

Thank you.

1- that depends. If your internetship was paid and you can prove it then yes you can count this toward your eligibility for FSWP
2- IRCC only count days working and hence you need to count time for both jobs and only disclose the break in between in the personal history in the eAPR.
3- you need to only nominate one NOC that you worked on for at least one year to be eligible to immigrate under FSWP

Yes my internship is fully paid and I can prove it with pay slips.
So work experience need not be continuous right?
And will changing employer in same NOC in India work provided I still work for 12 months?

It can have breaks as long as it amounts to one year
