i sent my application for my spouse to Mississuaga section A PO box 3000
And after that I found they are changed the address to Sydney so what will happen to my file please because i am so worried about they return it back to me again

So I guess you applied Outland right? It all depends, some cases got transferred to Sydney but that was around the time they changed the destination. Not sure about now since it has been a while.
