My sponsorship application was delivered on JAN 28 at NovaScotia office. Any Jan 28 applicants here who already heard from them? How to check through ECAS? Should I input Sponsor’s or Principal applicant’s details in those fields to check if there is something in ecas status?

My application was actually sent on Jan 19 which was received on Jan 28 by Sydney office. This is the second time when i sent my application after it was returned back in December being September applicant. Application was returned back as I missed to checkmark (Y/N) of a question in sponsorship form. No special queue preference was given despite the file was sent in september. My timeframe again started from base, the time they received my file second time.. hope everything would be fine this time. fingers cross for the AOR

In that case all the correspondence will be through ur agent.. unless you contact the cic call centre and provide them all the details to know the status of ur file. Hope that helps.

Yes. That's what I did. I was not finding anything on mine (PA) except the permanent residence. The spouse will include spousal sponsorship.

Did you check ECAS using the Sponsor information or the PA? Try using a receipt number from one of the Government of Canada fees and submit Sponsor's information.

Yes, I did. That makes me more worried. Am afraid my application is returned.

Is it true that using a Representative delays our process ?
