Yup, your vo could be faster. We're at London abd they are very slow. We're also in security screening so that takes long time too. Our SS started in Oct.

The forms can vary for each person. Standard is new police, medical! And updated schedule A form.

I have given her the link to come on here because people on this thread seem to be very helpful. She said she is on some immigration board forum now, but nobody answers questions. She doesn't think she can get ADR because they were refused before, I don't know if that is true or not. Her lawyer told her they could still get ADR. The lawyer said it only takes a year to get a hearing date where she lives so that is not too bad. She said she had to wait almost 17 months to get refused this last time, so appealing will be faster for her!

Sounds like your helping her out. But yes she can come here and read back to learn all about adr & appeals. She can go on CanLii website too. There you can read about past appeals. Both winning and losing. A year is not bad. I also bothered my mp. Although technically there was nothing they could do because it was before the courts.

Hi Mary, we had our full hearing date for Nov 28,2018, I went to Regina and my lawyer had to cancel the hearing due to his health. We just got an email that our hearing will be june 24,2019. That trip to Regina cost me just over 900.00 dollars due to 3 missed days of work, 2 nights hotel, gas, food. We just had our 3rd year anniversary, just spent our 5th new years together..this immigration truly hurts us physically, financially and emotionally. But we have a strong love and we will get through this. Blessings to you all.

Then refused from interview
And I win the interview on 30 October 2018
I got the medical request on Jan 2019
Then March 3 I got a email about progress bar
When I went to check the progress bar it says completion time for my application is
7 April,2016
Please if anyone can explain to me how it could be 2016 or they made a mistake instead showing 2019
Then please let me know how to check the GCKey msgs

The progress bar doesn't make any sense for cases that have been refused initially. The processing time for normal spousal sponsorship applications is 12 months. So it shows completion time as 12 months after the application was filed.
When you check application status using GCkey, at the bottom are shown messages, if any.

U should check with your panel physician where u did the medical these days it’s a emedical so they supposed to get it already
