Sorry for the late reply but hearty congratulations @Mr_nobody !! I'm really happy you finally got your PPR! I was kind of trying to ignore the fact my application is not moving by staying away since Thursday but I missed you all so much hahaha good to know a couple others also got the golden mail. I feel I'm almost the only one left but then again, maybe they are saving the best for last. 
Yeah and I am thankful about it. An hour before the ghost update, I posted here that I am ready to see even April 2019 aor get their ppr while I am waiting. I never thought it could be done this soon. But it seems that CBSA is speeding up than before

Got my PPR 9 months and 1 day after AOR.
Coincidentally I called the day before and got the same status that I have been getting for the past 8 months. Eligibility 'Review Required'; Security not started and background in progress. Ghost Update a few hours after the call.
Overnight all three were passed. Security went from Not Started to Passed in a few hours.
Hope the rest of you get yours soon!

Thanks! Yes absolutely. To be honest, when I called after completing 9 months and they gave me the same status, I thought its another month's wait at the minimum.
But you never know their internal processes. From an application not being touched in 8 months to approval within a couple of hours.

My GCMS notes says, that my eligibility is MET and it was done at CENTRAL INTAKE OFFICE.
My visa office is MONTREAL.
My questions is whether my eligibility will be processed again at MONTREAL office ?
Also notes application is reviewed by CASE PROCESSING AGENT rather than CASE ANALYST.
