Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone got the similiar email or anyone know why IRCC send this email.

Starting March 6, you will see a progress bar for your online application. The progress bar shows the time elapsed since we received your application. It will also give you an estimated completion date based on our latest estimated processing times.

We will let you know by e-mail when the progress bar is available for your application.

Hi,

My wife is a permanent resident of USA, she is currently visiting me in Canada and we are planning a trip to USA to meet some relatives in near future, I am also planning to apply her Canadian PR (in land). Will she be able to travel and come back to Canada with me while her PR (inland) application is in process? Anyone has or know of cases where entry was denied into Canada and application rejected?

Thanks,

hi just saw the new checklist updated Feb 2019. They now want all proof of contact translated. This is frustrating as I am ready to send my application.

Hey guys,
I need clarification on these...
I am sponsoring my wife via family class (outland), she currently holds a valid student permit and has been in Canada for almost a year. (10 months)
1. Does she need to get a Police certificate(PCC) from home country(Nigeria)
2. if Yes...how does she submit a finger print for that?
I will appreciate your input.
Thanks.

Can someone help me out please?
For the option where I have to select at least two of the following four options and provide the documents requested for each.

I chose " Important documents for you and your spouse showing that you are recognized as each other's spouse (such as employment or insurance benefits)."

I am currently working a part-time job at retail. So I do not get benefits whatsoever since I'm a part timer. However, I just added my husband in the dependent section on my payroll account. So I am confused as to what kind of document should I provide? I been looking through my workday website but however I cannot seem to find any kind of official document to print? Is it okay to take a screenshot of the page where it shows the details and submit that? Also, what other documents can I submit besides the insurance benefits?

Why are you sponsoring her outland when she is in Canada?

Hi Everyone!!

I had my medical exam last month and submitted other requirements that are needed on their last email for FINAL REQUEST OF REQUIREMENTS. Last month also, upon checking my status, it says medical result have been received. May I ask for the next step? And how long will it take? By the way, I have tried many times but I can’t really connect my Application on GCKey.

Thank you so much in advance..
PPR soon

Hello,

Can anyone help me with an information? I am in process for my Permanent Residence. We applied in the end of May, 2018. We received an acknowledgement email in the end of July, 2018.

I just received and email from IRCC with the subject: Improvements coming to your account.

What does it mean? Is it just a change in the way they show the progress of the application?

I would imagine it's just improving the way application is shown.

We had this discussion in another thread and I reckon it's more than likely just a time driven tracker, receipt date vs 12 months later and it ticks by day by day till it hits 12 months and then it will fire out, 'you're outside of usual processing times'
