PR R.O not met

I am a PR with R.O not met.i drayed here for 1.5 yrs between 2013 - 2014. My card was about to expire on Apr 2018.I came back to Canada in March 2018.I have been staying here so far.I left my 7months old baby and never been there even once.Now i have been called for receiving my PR with 1 year validity along with an interview.In the mean time i applied for family sponsorship and it was suspended due to some 44(1)...
I dont wanna miss my baby's childhood anymore.one year trying to prove my loyalty being PR ,only rules stand first rather than the reunion of a mother and a baby.I wonder when this is not under the so called H& C ground.
Can anyone please suggest ,atleast if applying visit visa will work, to take my baby and husband here.

When you applied for and received your PR, you were informed of the residency obligation and how to meet it. You were also informed that the consequence for not meeting it would be revoking your status.

The fact that you were allowed in and that you're allowed to meet the RO after the fact by just staying put in Canada is already a slight bending of the rules. I really don't see why Canadian Immigration would have to do away with their rules and procedures for you or any other individual. Canadian Immigration did not keep you from Canada for years, did not make you have a child, nor did they make you leave that child in another country.

Taking responsibility for your actions would be a good first step.

I guess if the OP wants to be with their child they can return to India, renounce their PR which is possibly be going to be revoked anyway then apply for PR from the beginning again.

Given the fact that the OP has obviously been reported and is under appeal, that's probably going to be the outcome anyway.

Your choice to not meet the RO in the first place and your choice to be away from your child.

There are no rules preventing you from being with your child, as you can clearly return to your home country. Zero H&C grounds for the exact same reason.

As said above, take responsibility for your own choices instead of trying to blame IRCC.
