Hi There,
I currently reside in USA with my wife and she was charged with a misdemeanor case in OHIO state in USA in April 2015. Will this effect our express entry program?
Misdemeanor case details: It was misdemeanor case under first degree under section 545.05(Ohio revised code).

Yes, and the case was closed with a fine and the records got sealed by request. After that, we requested for an FBI check and the response came as nothing found out. So is it okay not to include this anywhere in the application?

I would reply truthfully on application, not doing so will not only lead to refusal but also constitute as a fraud. Mention the details as you did here.
