I did not get a reply from visa office. My VO is Ottawa.
I got reply from IRCC, general as I raised CSE

That was in the past. They stopped that since 2016 or so.
Ordering CBSA notes will help in clearing / confirming doubt. All the best.

AOR 7th august still waiting for update. Nothing till now. After calls and CSE only generic reply that we can confirm that your application is in progresss but no other information.

I travelled to saudi arabia twice in 5 years before filing my application. I m in SS since 1 nov 2018. Do u think travelling to Saudi Arabia for religious reason could trigger SS?
 
Hi,

Need a help. Just now I was going through my GCMS notes which I got on Jan 8 2019, ordered on 7th December 2018. In the notes at the last page [case officer's recommendation], top right corner s.16(1)(c) is mentioned. There are no s.15.

Can anyone help me to know what is s.16(1)(c) means? Does is anyway means that security is ongoing. They updated my file on 6th November 2018 and was due to be updated 06th December 2018.

Try to mail again to VO coz mostly they reply.

I heard saudi travel can trigger SS
Wat reply u got on CSE or by VO mail and wat about ur eligibility ?

CSE reply was file in BGC
Eligibility and Criminality were cleared on 26 oct 2018. SS started on 1 Nov 2018
