Hi Can anyone advise me pls.

Example : if a person work any company from 2016 Nov to 2017 Oct

Then went to maternity leave

And again join after maternity leave from November 2018 and work continue

How she will fill the form in employment history section.

2016 nov to present
Or
2016 nov to 2017 oct
2017 nov to 2018 nov maternity
2018 nov to present

It will make application straightforward
Easy to approve
It doesn't matter what you were doing (employed, unemployed or mat leave) as long as your physical presence requirements in Canada is met.

I will pick the second one as well. It's straight forward and exact. Better to be clear than have CIC asking questions which will delay your process regardless of how easy it is to prove.

first one, as you are still employed there and you are on leave ( no matter what leave kind of leave it is )

I did the first one, but I was told once I recieve my AOR, (if I am lucky, big sigh!) I should update my application via webform.
