Designated Clinic didn't give me a medical report

They gave me a form after taking my bllod sample, urine and xay. Is that normal?

Theys say all I need to do is to upload the form as part of my application. They didn't given me the medical report and suggests that I come 2 weeks later for the medical report for my own records.

They don't give you the medical report. The medical report is submitted directly to IRCC.

They should give you eMedical information sheet that you can upload with your application. Giving copy of report to you is optional.
