@JoshC @schweisy Thank you guys! Your information triggered my curiosity, and in my application it is also saying "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam." Things are moving on!
Woohoo! Adding more fuel to my theory that these things get processed and released in batches.

Right there with you!!! It would be such a relief to have my husband's PR by July -- he is starting school in September and in order to enroll in August he will need status whether PR or a student visa, and so we keep having to debate at which point we just pull the trigger and apply for a student visa in case. Would love to be able to put an end to my internal obsessing! :p

Fingers crossed for the MR for us both now... and, at least in our case, being able to get a bloody appointment in time. Last time I checked the online appointment system for our local authorized clinic, they didn't have any medical appointments open for visa applicants for 7 weeks... o_O
That doesn't make sense. These clinics know they need a fast appointment turnaround to satisfy the 30 day deadline. Where would the medical be done?

@schweisy , @JoshC , coulf you please tell me what do you have in PA's ecas details?
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 7, 2018.
  2. We sent you a letter on February 8, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. [This was biometrics request]

Yeah, it makes zero sense for sure. Medical would be done here in Berlin, so it's also not like we're in some remote place! TBH I suspect it's just a situation where their website sucks and we have to call them -- Germany is a very stubbornly analogue place that way. (At least my husband is German and can chew them out if necessary!)

Hi, CIC received my application on Dec12th. Looks like I need to wait til February to see if my application is accepted for processing.

Came across few forums & it is confusing. I submitted the IMM 5669 without signing in ink it as the form mentions that typing name means electronically signing it. Will my application be rejected?

Thanks.
Did you receive AOR yet, i submitted IMM5669 without signing in ink too.
