Biometrics letter required but no message

Hi members,

I got my AOR of my paper application on 2nd feb 2019 and same day i linked my application to gckey account. Very next day my biometrics status changed to (we need your finger prints to process your application, see message section below). Its been 10 days I didnt receive any message and even no email. What should I do ? Please guide me

i think they send it my mail as they have written on their website that for paperbased applications biometric letter will be mailed to u
