My name Luksh kumar sharma i have Valid Tourist visa till October 2019 and also i renew my passport so please guide me can i travel 3 month before from visa expire mean ( Till May or June ) Please Guide me

No problem at all. You must travel with both passports

It would depend on the immigration officer you meet at the airport. Do bring evidence of your ties to your home country + adequate finances for your visit
