I haven't ordered my notes, kinda lost on how to do it. I received pre arrivals on January 15th and they requested the first police certificate and schedule A on April 4th and they requested it a second time on November 7th.

I just dont want they ask something that will need my wife return to Mexico, she is with me since december
I dont know why but I feel the app from Mexican people take more time than other Latin country
Anyone knows how long it takes to get the official request letter from MXICO-IM-RAU@international.gc.ca to get the police certificate? My wife is scheduled to travel out of Mexico soon and she's ready to go get it done, but still waiting for the letter.

We apply on March 27 2018 and they ask for the police certificate on October 29

She's leaving Mexico with our daughter to visit my parents and we don't expect her to go back unless an interview is required over there, since everything else can be done outside of Mexico. But the police certificate takes too long if we don't do it now, and they only gave us 60 days to send it to them. So hopefully the Embassy in Mexico sends me that official letter quickly!

I received a letter through my linked account. But I don't think it's the same letter as the one I need? This is what's on the website:
"The instructions letter provided by the processing office is not the same as the official letter that you must submit to the PGR authorities."
And my application is being processed in Sydney, NS. Once I get the police certificate I have to get it translated and I can upload through my CIC account.
