When they give the visa on your passport and print COPR, on passport is there a deadline date by when you need to do landing? as I am planning to leave and go home for 1 month. Will I also be able to see this deadline date on my account when its approved and there is an extra coloumn with COPR information so that I can book my flight for next Friday.
yes, there will be an extra column in your GCkey showing the expiry date once they print your COPR.

It's false I would say. Never believe the hearsay from the other people. They just make the story sound like folklore. What I recommend is to go check the Constitution Acts enacted by the Government of Canada. Under the Mobility Rights section, it says that Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right to move to and take up residence in any province and to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province. [ Reference:https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/Const/page-15.html ]
I'm well aware of the act, however you probably know that they can refuse your application as their country their rules

Guys, I have a question. I'm planning to go back to my home country at the beginning of April and have my friend mail my PR card to me. My question is , if somehow the card got lost during transit, can I still enter Canada with my work permit and TRV, ? Does the work permit automatically expire once I become a permanent resident?
You've to apply for prtd to enter Canada then. Google search that. Hopefully you won't need it.

Has anyone tried to make their landing appointment at the local CIC office? I’m just wondering how long does it take to get one. I’m from Calgary

I do not have US visa. What is the impact on future US visa if I do flagpole? I heard that they put a mark in your passport like "application refusal - flagpole".

Also anyone knows what is the average number of wait days if I do landing by appointment in Vancouver CIC office?
You do not need US visa to flagpole. Its an administrative refusal, not an actual one, and has no impact on your future applications for US visa.
I did this, and later got 10yr US visitors visa.

Average days? no idea. Id say its a matter of luck. Call them when you get your COPR, and will find out. They may say it will take weeks, but ignore that, as you might get email minutes later with an appointment for next week. Seen it happen.I guess they want to discourage people from making those appointments.
