So it is fine if i et a Residency visa in Dubai. It shouldn’t affect my pr processing right. And yes eligibility criminality all is cleared. Just in SS now.If you are in the security check or screening phase, it means your eligibility and most likely your criminality would have been completed.
So I would say weight it out for the process to be completed. Get a role in Dubai and enjoy some tax free salary while you can

Sent another CSE as they dodged all the questions in first one pretending all is hunky dory. Again similar reply - your file is in order and nothing required. You will hear outcome shortly.

My eligibility is under review required since July for sibling relationship document. I have not been asked for any Additional documents and every time I call CIC the only response I get is that they are waiting for an officer to review my file. I had submitted my original birth certificate along with my sister's original certificate in November after I received my GCMS notes.I read on this forum that you have to submit the original birth certificate also along with the English translation , so I raised a CSE in November and submitted the original documents as well.

I have finally received my GCMS notes and noticed that my file was practically untouched from August 2018 since the case analyst put it under review required (reason: unable to verify employer since our branch does not have a specific local website, only a global website is provided). There was no mention of reducing the CRS score. NOC code, work experience, duties etc were all ok as per the analyst.
No additional documents were asked till date. And background check has not started.
I am thinking to write a letter of explanation proactively to explain the existence of the company which I am working for.
Would highly appreciate if experienced members help me with the following:

P.S: so if the file is under review required even for a silly reason, CIC will just sit on it and wait for years to come until we order GCMS and take action ourselves

I don't see any issue with taking up residency in Dubai.
Just inform them via a CSE about the change in your address.
