hi i applied to express entry inside canada (i am a foreign worker -work permit-).
after i submit my express entry online profile my UCI number change not the seem that i have in my work permit.

You get a new one for Express Entry.

I think it changes to your original one, once your receive ITA or AOR...read in some old threads here,

If it starts with CAN and followed by numerics then not to worry, it will be changed to same old one, once they start working on yours file, after about 30-40 days of AOR

So after ITA, for medicals if physician ask for UCI, which one should be provided? Old one on WP or new one of EE profile that starts with CAN?

Ok it means physicians don't ask for UCI number..good to know thanks! I'm expecting ITA soon under CEC, planning medical after ITA, thats why was asking..
