Visitor Visa application was cancelled

Hello!

I work in Canada full-time on a PGWP that expires next Summer 2019. I wanna go for a vacation this summer and need an entry visa in order to enter Canada again. I have applied for the Entry visa about 3 weeks ago and today I got an e-mail notification that my application is updated. Once I logged in to my CIC account, I have not seen any new messages there, however, the Application status says: "Your application was cancelled", and the final decision line states that "Your application was cancelled. We will send you a message with details". It also says

If you see that your application was cancelled, it means that before we made a final decision, we:

• made a mistake and had to recreate your application
• found that you do not need the status/document you applied for.

What should I do in this case? Just wait?

I faced the same issue. I had a PGWP and I had applied for a visa. Two months later my visa application was cancelled. May you please update us about your problem? What happened to your application eventually?

hey there me also in same situation i applied TRV on 19 may nd review was start on 11 June but unfortunately 14 June.i got mail stated your application has been cancelled due to administrative reasons but application still under process future correspondence will be on Email which i stated on my application form

Any news guys? I'm in the similar situation, I have open work permit until 2021 and currently work in Canada. Applied for Visitor visa, after 86 days it cancelled without any explanation!

Did they generate you new UCI and Application num ?

I got an email that due to technical error they change my application number and UCI number as well. but my existing online application status is showing cancelled. please help if some one know anything.

Send the Email to the New delhi embassy regards your processing time and expedite decision.
