2 years Diploma in Information Security from any College

I am thinking to apply for any college in Canada for Diploma in Information Security of duration of 2 years.
I have done BS-Computer Science(4 years) from Pakistan. Admission in 2005 and completed in 2011 and got my degree in 2012 with CGPA 2.0, equivalence to 60%
I also have working experience in the field of Information Security in a multinational firm.
What should I do then? Where should I start from.
What will be the probability of having VISA?
I am married and have a 5 months old daughter and two of my siblings are Canadian Residence and also parents have multiple visit visa for 10 years.

Kindly, help me in this regard.

Going for diploma after a bachelors might be a concernwith the VO because it is not a progression. However, if the intended program requires a prior bachelors degree for dmission (as well as work experience in the same field), then you have a chance.
