The eligibility review happens in two stages. First a program assistant or analyst will review your documents and make a recommendation. This has been done and what you see above.

Now what has been flagged will be reviewed by an officer who will make a final determination. This can be at LVO, CPC, Or any other office. In most cases happens at the LVO.

Got my first GCMS notes, it was generated on 10 JAN 2019.
R10 is OK/passed in September and moved to Etobicoke LVO .

Eligibility : Not Started
Security : Not Started
Criminality : Not stated
Medical : passed

Its almost 5 months of application and still there hasn't any notes from Officer or case Analyst.
I'm in panic mode as there hasn't any activity after October. Called agent but she can't do much unless it cross 6 months.
I don't know what to do now? should I email to LVO or CPC-ottawa?

I was working from 2015-2019 in UAE and now relocated to India, however the company agreed to keep my Visa and I work part time for them from India. I have joined a full time job in India , will there be a problem with dual employment? I am however not claiming any points for this .

Secondly I am using my UAE banks savings account to show my POF, will it be a problem as I have relocated to India and work here ?

Cic has asked my current martial status and Imm0008.
As per cic website if I am Living separately from spouse I can mention the status as legally separated. The separation date is mentioned in my divorce petition also( more than 90 days separation )
Now while filling Imm0008 form point no
16 a. ask current marital status
16 b. If you are married,or. Common In law,
provide the date on which you were Married or entered into common law partnership (do I need to fill of marriage)
16 c provide name of your current spouse (do I need to fill spouse name )
17 a,. have you been previously married.
B provide spouse name
C type of relationship
D. From ____ to _____

My AOR is January 23, 2019, a paper based PNP.
When link MyCIC account to my paper PNP application, application status showed as below:

Application step Current status
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.
Review of additional documents We do not need additional documents.
Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Final decision Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Questions:

1. Other family members and I have done upfront medical exam before application submitted, except my 10 years old child did not. Should my child does a medical exam now with her UCI to speed up the processing time or waiting for the request from IRCC?
2. Eligibility, criminality have started yet?
3. All members in application have done biometric when apply for other visa before, so do we need to give biometrics again or not?

I'm AOR 5/03/2018. My Eligibility is in Review Requied since April and i have never been asked for any additional docs !

-I received my GCMS notes this week and it seems to me (see below) that they have a problem with the list of duties not present in my work experience letter. Can you confirm you understand same thing?
-Since i managed to get one with all the informations needed, should i raise a CSE with this new letter? Explain it in a LOE since i never add one (or just in the form) ?
-Can you confirm that the "Minimum Entry Criteria (MEC) appears NOT met" is also related to that list of duties missing?
-Do you think it would be a good idea to order a new set of GCMS notes like 2 weeks later to be sure they add that new letter to my file and maybe push it a little?

Yes, the court documents and the LoE will suffice. Just make sure they are in english or french.

I am currently in canada and have transferred the PoF to my brother's account from my Indian bank account for his PR application. Could you please let me know, how should i create a gift's deed from canada. Should i simply type it on plain paper and sign it and send it over to my brother or should i go to a lawyer's office and get it done. Secondly, as the money has been transferred from indian account, can the gifts deeds in canada be made in INR?

last notes ordered on 1de received on 1jan, 2019 say

I got a COPR interview at my local office for me and my spouse and they asked me to bring valid docments such as passport, work permit etc. my and mine spouse work permit and TRV were expired in nov 2018, we did applied for extension but it got refused so currently we are in process of applying for restoration and renewal of permits and visa. Do we need valid work permit/TRV when we go for our interview?

Our Work permit is expired and currently we are in restoration period. We have submitted applications for restoration of status and LMIA exempt work permit. You are right i was eligible for BOWP still i was refused. My concern is when i go to the COPR interview. Being on restoration status will it cause any issue?

Can you please advise about my application? I have no idea of what might be going on at this point. My AOR is April 11, 2018. Right from the beginning (a week after my AOR) I was requested to submit the Schedule A form for both me and my wife. No word from CIC since then. I had ordered GCMS notes before and saw that they were not happy about the documents I provided regarding my foreign work experience. I since then submitted additional documents without request via Webform. This is the latest set of notes I got (January 24th). Is there anything here that strikes your attention?
