Hello friends

My application submitted on Nov5, 2018 was returned because of missing info . I resubmitted on Feb 2 ...
Any one know my application processing is delayed three months or they open it right away and considered November application.

I appreciate all the replies.
But do let us know as to why it was returned ?

October guys have started to receive test letter; therefore, November guys whose ECAS shows "in process" will start it next month.
Dear go and check SS very well,i said there are exceptional cases ,but if you look at SS you will see that a half of September's applicants did not receive anything, many of August's applicants did not get it,so you wanna from them to jump to November directly ,anyway wait and you will see if i am right or not

It's funny how they seem to select applications to process at random...wouldn't it make a lot of sense to just do it in the order of date rec'd. Anyone know why this haphazard manner?

I have an idea: there are many teams working in parallel. and they are not working at the same speed and applications are distributed evenly. I mean you don't get more job just because you are faster. so with lots of backlog slow team's applicants receives late AORs

oh that makes sense, thanks for the insight. Guess it's just luck of the draw then and looks like I got stuck with a slow team...
Hopefully the entire application process doesn't get affected by this.

They are not picking random as per my analysis. If you see the pattern they are opening week by week. whoever finish their application they are picking from the next lot of applications. Monday applications are getting the AOR quick compare to Friday applications.

Umm but then there's people from early October that haven't rec'd theirs yet. I think baykus theory above makes a lot of sense
