confirmed by ircc call center agent - security passed and it is updated in the paper application. asked me to be patient. max wait time until april but decision will likely to be made soon. finger crossed.
Congrats! I think the last step is the final review by the officer and queue for the ppr.

I told you security no started does not mean anything. All this time, they were working on it. I wonder what will happen to your EE application then? Are you gonna withdraw it?

since 2017 they stop processing the remaining applications automatically if one of the application is approved. i have seen a case whether they have asked the applicant to pick the stream if the decision is positive for both but i guess that was long time back.

it appears to me since they have one security check for one applicant and my security process for paper application started first so EE got paused.

still final decision not made so have to wait anxiously - less worried now though.

Interesting! Thanks for the info.
Don't be anxious. It's around the corner. I guarantee you will receive it in a week or so.

Hello guys, I've just received GCMS NOTES THAT i've requested back in October 5th,2018 !!!! 120 pages..
& I don't know how to read it , the date of Note 1 in page 115, Program assistant is writing his comments, office :Centralized Intake office (my current VO is Montreal),
R 10 : OK, Recommendation : review required for stat question ,this note is dated: 21.08.2018.
But he/she haven't stated about my work experience..other things are verified and are okay... , (work experience mentioned many times throughout the 120 pages, but not in the program assistant's note)

While in the 4th page
Eligibilty: not started
criminality:not started
Security:not started
Medical: passed
Info sharing : complete

as the notes are very old, um perplexed , not benefical actually.
File tranferred to Montreal on 13.09.18 due to work load re-distribution.
N.B I've ordered another set that supposed to be received on Feb 14
Any inputs would be appreciated..

Unfortunately these notes are too dated to make any conclusion. The stat question thing appears if you had some visa refusal in the past and in general doesn't cause any issues. So let's wait for your new notes.

Seems like a lot of review required cases for stat question or eligibility end up in montreal. It's an office inundated with refugee applications so very slow. They must have a flag which redirects these.

No.. I mean we have to repay them if we utilize their health benefits and move out of their province before 6 months.. Thats their rule. I read it in few blogs..
My daughter was born in Ontario. We left the country when she was 3 months. We moved to Alberta (she is now 4) after I got PPR. Her Ontario health card was automatically cancelled once I applied for her Alberta Health Card. To date I have not been asked to pay anything.

If we look at immitracker trends it seems like the 6 months timeline actually starts from R10/MEP so more or less 7 months from AOR date. It seems like now 80% of June AORs received PPR, which is 7 to 8 months post AOR for most of you. July's PPRs are only 67% while most of us are almost 7 months post AOR. Just my observation based on a tool that we know cannot be 100% relied on...

How does these passport substantiate your sibling relationship. Is it because of Parent Names and Address?

Yes you can submit additional documents through CSE which would be checked provided it reaches them before a decision is made but make sure that the linkage is duly explained in an LOE attached to the documents. I think that should do the trick. ;) You never know they may pass it even without these additional docs but its better that no room is left from out side.
thanks I already submitted additional documents and got a confirmation mail showing that documents are recieved and forwarded to officers.

You're right. This is the current trend. But if you check 2017 data is was like around 5.5 months.

But precisely,no news from my side..waiting for gcms..
