Hi they pretty much asked about the relationship from the beginning and why the family is not involved from sponser side.

Like our both familys wr not involved they wr against our marrige but we r in relationship from 10 years but we married in court only, i dont knw i ll get visa, if u guys hav knowledge about it you can share

Did u get it registered or not ? Wot is your timeline ? Cuz if they have accepted yoyr court marriage without registeration which is known as marriage certificate then ur lucky. If you did court marriage then you got marriage certificate it ll be approved but they gonna ask for traditional marriage too.

Hi guri, i have a question. Now a days so many applicants are getting interviews and most common question nvdo is asking that "what is the reason you didn't go back to see your spouse in a year or so?" They want us to go back to see our spouse, so that they can reject the sponsorship? I didn't get this part. Immigration wants us to show the geniune relationship still they want we should not see our spouse for a long time? It is very hard for people like me who has no family in canada and can you please share that sponsor cannot visit their spouse or family in between processing on ircc website?because i was looking there, i couldn't find it. On ircc website not on forum please I will appreciate your reply so that i can clear my doubt.

I didn't get ur point bruv. Can u tell me plz wot u wanna to know ? As i told u above that if sponsor is PR then they can visit for long time on their own risk. Everyone have their own luck. If you submit enough proof with a valid reason through webform then it won't be a prob as well as you ll be stay stress free. During interview you have to tell true even if its cic law or any other reason why you couldn't visit. I hope you got it but still if you wanna to know anything else lemme know plz.

As a PR you can go outside of Canada as long as u meet requirements below


you must live in Canada for at least 2 years - 730 days - within a 5 year period. During this time you must be physically in Canada.

The two years do not need to be continuous.

My consultant handling my case. But my Ecas showing that
1. We received your application on August 17th. 2018.
2. We sent you AOR on NOV16th 2018.
3. We start processing your application on NOV 15 2018.
4. We sent you a letter on NOV 20th. Please consider delay in mail delivery.

My question is that I did not get any letter yet. Is that for medical request. Because on NOV 26th my consultant got email for file transfer to NVDO. Now I am worried about medical request.

You wont receive any mails since a representative is handling your case.

I know one person applied in feb 2018 and file transfer to ndvo in april .. she went to india in 1st week of oct after long silence after transfer and luckily her husband got ppr in 2 nd week of november but she had no plans of coming back for 5-6 months and is still in india .. its just co-incidence and matter of luck i guess .., i also want to go and will wait maybe till april and hope to come back ttogwther with my hubby
