Which colleges can grant job after finishing

Hi everybody
I am new in this forum and I wish to have some replay for my question, I am from Iran and graduated in directing cinema and also an expert in animation and media software, now in my planing to immigrate I wanna ask is there any way to take a course which can grant my job after finishing of the course?
