Simple answer, same chance as everybody else, regardless of country of origin.

Specific answer, it depends on your profile (previous study, current work experience, relevancy of intended program from previous study or work experience, ties to home country, finances, job prospect in home country after studying in Canada, LOA from a DLI, etc...)
